Meals
Meals are taken under the shaputuan, the great long tent. The cooking starts from what the Laurentian forest and neighbouring farms provide: bannock bread, cedar or tamarack tea, game and fish smoked on site.

All meals served at Amishk Aboriginal Adventures use the noble products of the Laurentian Forest, the fresh produce of local producers in season and are either Native American or Native inspired.
We can answer (with a minimum of 48 hours notice) to the tastes of vegetarian or vegan visitors or allergic to lactose.
The following menus may change without notice depending on the season and the length of your stay.
